Anjuna Beach is north of Baga and Calangute beaches, and close to the South of Vagator and Charpora. Anjuna is  a few kilometers to the east of the nearest town Mapusa and to the south of a village with a lot of restaurants and bars.

How to reach Anjuna beach.

By train.

Madgaon Railway Station to Anjuna Beach is 52 kms (33.00 miles). You can get bus to the KTC stand from the main road. Take any bus to  KTC Bus stand. From bus stand, take shuttle bus to Panaji. From Panaji take bus to Anjuna. Approximate distance from Panaji to Anjuna is 21 kms

You can get down at Thivim railway station, it is in between Madgoan and Sawanthwadi. From Thivim to Anjuna is 20 km.(We don't recommend this route because The Thivim Railway station is small and most of the trains pass  by).

By air.

Things to do in Anjuna beach.

Water sports are not available in the beach.

Anjuna Flea Market(on Wednesdays)

Without doubt the most important feature in the Anjuna Beach is the flea market. On Wednesdays scores of local and expat vendors descend on the beach at the far south.
